NEW FROM THE YARD

Southern California landscape supplier KRC Rock has published its 2026 Boulders Catalog, a color-organized guide to 14 natural stone varieties for contractors, designers and homeowners.

The San Marcos-based company, which recently marked 40 years serving the region’s residential and commercial landscape market, lists each stone by the range of colors buyers can expect, since no two boulders are exactly alike.

A STONE FOR EVERY SETTING

KRC’s 2026 lineup runs from warm Baja Red and Honey Quartz to cool Blue Moon and Desert Marble, with a large middle ground of golds and tans like California Gold, Sunrise and Twin Oaks. The company lists focal points, retaining accents, dry creek beds and water features among the most common uses.

STATEMENT STONE

Glacier Turquoise’s blue-green faces make it a natural focal piece.
